Yes. CarSafe can have vehicles picked up or delivered via flatbed transport anywhere in South Florida. Long distance transport to or from CarSafe can also be arranged anywhere in North America. We also coordinate international vehicle shipping on request.
Fill your gas tank. This helps prevent condensation from forming inside the tank.
De-activate or disconnect any security alarms or anti-theft devices.

Carsafe Storage carries Garagekeeper’s Liability Insurance, but this coverage is secondary to the customer’s personal auto insurance policy. Each customer is required to maintain their auto insurance coverage while their vehicle is stored here. Most insurance companies will provide discounted rates to their customers while the car is in storage. Check with your agent to find out more about your options.
Carsafe Storage is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Evening, weekend, and holiday appointments are always available with 24 hours notice. An additional fee is charged for all off-hour appointments.
The minimum contract length is three months. There is no maximum length.
You can always check your car in and out, as frequently as you like, subject to Carsafe’s normal business hours and appointment schedule. Carsafe Storage is a long term storage facility and so we ask all our customers to provide 24 hours notice prior to pick up or drop-off to ensure a smooth transfer with no waiting.
Carsafe Storage operates a fully air-conditioned facility, so all stored vehicles enjoy the benefit of climate and humidity control.
Yes we certainly do. We look after and maintain all types of cars during the summer months. All our storage buildings are secure and discreet. All cars entering our care are given a thorough 12 step check and preparation before entering the car storage facility. For more information on this see our Car Storage Details Page.
For all our car storage clients, we are happy to arrange for car service for you to Miami International Airport. It is a short 10 minute drive from our storage facility. We are happy to arrange a taxi to be waiting for you upon arrival. Please indicate to us in advance if you would like either this service. Please be sure to give yourself a 15 minute window of extra time to arrive on time.
Upon your arrival to Miami to pick up your car you can just take the Airport shuttle back to our facility.
We appreciate that plans do change and we are flexible to meet your needs at CarSafe. All we ask is for you to give us 24hrs notice so that we can prepare your vehicle in advance.
