We’ve prepared a list of frequently asked questions and the answers to them.  You will find the answers to all of your storage questions here and on our site.

Do you store normal cars?

Yes. We provide car storage solutions for all types of cars – no matter what the make, model or age. Whether you have an everyday car, classic, vintage, or prestige car, we can store it at CarSafe.

Our clients ask us to store all sorts of vehicles from Fords to Aston Martins and Lamborghinis.

Do you provide summer storage?

Yes we certainly do. We look after and maintain all types of cars during the summer months. All our storage buildings are secure and discreet. All cars entering our care are given a thorough 12 step check and preparation before entering the car storage facility. For more information on this see our Car Storage Details Page.

Do you provide auto transport?

Yes. We use pick up and deliver vehicles anywhere in South Florida with an auto transport service or flatbed.  Pick up and delivery of your auto can be arranged. Please take a look at our auto transport page.

Can you arrange a ride to the airport?

For all our car storage clients, we are happy to arrange for car service for you to Miami International Airport.  It is a short 10 minute drive from our storage facility. We are happy to arrange a taxi to be waiting for you upon arrival.  Please indicate to us in advance if you would like either this service.  Please be sure to give yourself a 15 minute window of extra time to arrive on time.

Upon your arrival to Miami to pick up your car you can just take the Airport shuttle back to our facility.

What is the minimum storage period you offer?

CarSafe has a one month minimum charge but you are free to take your vehicle out at any time. This minimum charge is to cover the time it takes for us to prepare the vehicle prior to storage and then again before the vehicle is removed from storage. We don’t impose a separate charge for these preparation services. Please see our Platforms/Rates page for further information.

What happens if I need to collect my car early from storage?

We appreciate that plans do change and we are flexible to meet your needs at CarSafe.  All we ask is for you to give us 24hrs notice so that we can prepare your vehicle in advance.

What security is in place?

We take every reasonable measure to protect your pride and joy while it is stored at CarSafe. This takes the form of our discrete site, physical security and electronic security in many forms.
